Khulood Thani was selected as one of the Dubai-based designers to participate in the Dubai- Berlin Festival 2011, organized by the Goethe-Institut German Language Center Dubai. It started with a Young Fashion Designer Exchange Program in between both cities, allowing the designers to interact with both fashion scenes in Dubai and Berlin, followed by the actual Dubai-Berlin Festival 2011, which included discussion panels for the fashion conscious crowd in Dubai.
