I am a motivated individual who aims to bring a fresh perspective towards the field of fashion design. I have a strong sense of social responsibility with past experience of social work and a graduate thesis based on a pressing social issue of Colorism in Pakistan. I have attended several workshops including a summer workshop at Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Paris, France in June 2016.
I possess a unique aesthetic and an eye for the unnoticed and bizzare. Following an unconventional sense of design, my design process leans towards social and cultural issues. Structured silhouettes combined with surprise elements of over sizing and drapery, I work with experimental fabrics and embellishments.
