Tina Ma is a Singaporean designer based in New York City. Tina received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design in 2021. In 2020, Tina’s designs were recognized by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), earning her the finalist position for the Design Scholar Award. Tina’s latest work has been published in Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Vanity Teen amongst others. In 2021, Tina began designing for Calvin Klein, where she currently supports design efforts across the Mainline Men’s, Women’s, Sport, Underwear and Global Concept teams.

SHE INCORPORATES THE CHERISHED CHINESE PAPER-CUTTINGS OF BIRDS BY HER GREAT-GREAT GRANDMOTHER INTO MODERN DESIGN THROUGH 3D MODELING, LASER CUTTING, AND DIGITAL PRINTING. THIS GENDER-INCLUSIVE COLLECTION OF NINE LOOKS BLURS THE LINE BETWEEN STREETWEAR AND EVENINGWEAR THROUGH CONTRASTING PROPORTIONS AND SILHOUETTES.
