Sandra Phelan

Born and raised in Dublin, currently graduated with a first class honours in Fashion Design, Sandra wanted to create clothing that offered women one off, individual designs. By combining feminine silhouettes with edgy designs, the Sandra Leah brand provides a woman with a sense of poise and fearlessness in her style. Shortlisted as a Finalist for the “Student Designer of the year Awards” at the Fashion Innovation Awards 2015, Sandra showcased her S/S 15 ‘Incommunicado” Collection. This was based on the idea of confinement. By using a range of luxurious cream wools, chiffons and gold leather fabric, Sandra wanted to add her own personal touch to the collection by making handmade resin beads which reflect her love for accessories. Femininity, luxurious fabrics and innovative designs that are made with care are all core values of the Sandra Leah brand and can be seen in Sandra’s current Graduate collection ‘Glitch Distortion’.
