AUDa is the mind behind Redress Laboratory, a label that finds its origins in uk, France and INDIA.

Ress Lab is an initiative born from  Auda  Sakho’s  simple  and meaningful long term philosophy around reusing  and re-inventing. Her style is influenced by her passion for disrupting the linear production model. Even during her study and work background as a Costume Designer in Theatre and Screen She has had an ongoing hobby of recycling old textiles, garments, still life objects that results in unique and sustainable clothing. The unique and simple style of Ress Lab reveals her love for Disrupting and recreating shapes, Natural textures, architectural minimalism and sustainable living.

Her long term creative aim with Ress Lab is to create a platform and engage discussions around topics that matter to the current conscious fashion scene such as inclusion, climate change and circular fashion through collaboration.

I'm greatly inspired by story telling and conveying a character or an attitude through clothing.
Ultimately, the most exciting  designers’ journey is to not only handpick or design the clothes, but also facilitate THE audience’s emotional connection to the story of my brand
