Janina Waschkowski founded Nove in 2019.
Like most expecting mothers experience, Janina had a hard time shopping for maternity wear. Simple and inferior materials are used for most of the maternity wear on the market. This was due to the fact that the clothes had one purpose: to be worn only when pregnant. As a pregnant woman herself, Janina felt restricted in her individuality. She didn’t want to adapt her style and let go of that part of herself. That’s when Nove was born.
