NN COUTURE

Born in Sicily, Elio Ferraro moved to Florence to attend his architecture studies.
While studying, he started to work as fashion designer at international Fashion Houses such as Salvatore Ferragamo and Emilio Pucci, before accepting an unique opportunity offered by one of the major textile editors in Japan, where he lived and worked during the 80’s, counting some of the local most prestigious designer-brands such as Issey Miyake, among his clients.

Returned to Italy, after various fashion-consulting collaborations, he decided to indulge his own aesthetic vision toward design and fashion, establishing his first "gallery/store", which created a completely new approach at Vintage, by transforming the fantasy of nostalgic decadence with a precise contemporary interpretation, in an environment of pure undeniable glamour and luxury.

After Florence, his "gallery/store" concept has expanded in other locations, precisely Rome and Milan, all becoming "must" destinations for international designers, stylists and worldwide celebrities.
Thanks to the growth of is reputation, he has been hosted in two exclusive dedicated corners at Selfridges and Harvey Nichols, London.

His exclusive collections, in both fashion and interior design, have edited a dimension of style beyond time or rules, bestowing him the definition as the "King of Vintage" (Harper’s Bazaar UK).
