This collection was inspired by medieval monsters from manuscripts and artworks. When I first saw them, my stereotypical impressions for monsters were changed. Instead of being scary or terrifying, monsters can also be fun. So why don’t I catch my own monsters
Rather than fabrics used by their natural textures and performance, I tried different ways of building shapes and form. Then, a series of silhouettes contains both ready to wear garments and inflatable garments are formed.
These modern monster figures represent both my imagination and innovation in design. Thinking out of boxes from the traditional way of making clothes is what I want to do in this collection.
