Liwia Labuz, an amsterdam based fashion designer born in poland. With a background of styling and organizing fashion shows, in 2022 she started her education at amsterdam fashion institute.

One of her interests in the world of fashion design is upcycling, storytelling and self-identity. She believes that upcycled pieces often carry a story and history, adding value and a deeper connection between the wearer and the garment. Upcycling encourages creativity and innovation by reimagine and reconstruct materials in novel ways, inspiring new design techniques and artistic expression. moreover, she believes that fashion can be a means of self-discovery and self-expression. Liwia is fascinated by the fact that She can use designing to convey her values, beliefs, emotions and cultural identity and at the same time establish a sense who she is and how she wants to be perceived. In 2023, She have also started her adventure with digital fashion design by using clo a 3d fashion design software. She believes that it can not only reduce ENVIRONMENTAL impact but also it can provide to innovation in textiles and materials because digital design allows for the exploration of new solutions, fostering innovation in fabric development.
