COLLISION has an optimistic point of view, bringing color to the forefront and life to the wearer. Presenting an exciting new focus from a pixalized and static world. Initially the color palette came about as a reference to the RGB colors that are displayed on our devices.
Screens became a big part of our lives, essential for not only entertainment in confinement, but also as our tool for socializing when meeting in person was no longer possible.
On a digital screen the RGB color preset is shown on a black background, and only comes to life through light. With this notion the print was developed, representing the glitch that can happen in our digital products, but also how this past time represents a glitch in society as we knew it. Sometimes we need a glitch to shake things up so we can refocus on the new and the better.
For silhouettes, the circle and round shapes became essential to demonstrate unity, and how we all are inter- connected. Colors and prints are key features in each collection and often get juxtaposed by masculine shapes.
