LAURA SILINSKA

This is a collaboration of two young designers Laura Silinska and Philippe Gaona- a baptisme as the experience and as a feeling through the collection.

Falling from a cloud, jumping with a parachute is the sensation we want to give to our collection. Imagine a new vision of a look, seen from another angle, another point of view, seen from the sky.
It's a new geometry as a "google earth" perception of forms that we translated in prêt à porter pieces that can even create 2 separate collections of the two designers.

We created vaporous tops of fluid consistence, spectacular and swirling coats- massive and light at the same time.

The trousers and the shorts have circular cuts that give quite and inflated dynamisme.

The volumes of dresses are inspired from the orthodoxe architecture domes viewed from the top, and they expand in flying parachutes.

The colors are matt, neutral and has brutal mineral effect.

We played with wooden pieces, metal and lots of leather that imposes a certain "savoir faire" of the material and a sense of detail.

Our accessories- some divine crowns ornated with golden metal colored hair locks presenting the velocity of a fall...

The belts maintaining the flying away garnment remind some technical sport equipment like ropes that are covered with leather and have golden finishing.
