GARCIAMADRID´s first ready to wear Collection was launched in AW 2006 at Madrid. Its name includes the most common last name in Spain and the city where this brand is originated. GM evolves and grows together with collaborators and customers interested in fashion, art and design showing every season that there is a little Garcia inside each of us.
GM presents two collections per year, combining accessible approach and design, quality fabrics, hand-made finished and original prints with a soft palette and the elegance black. These clothes are meant for people who are all about current but simple trend.

COLLECTION Nº 14 SS 13

Loyal to his philosophy, García Madrid revolutionizes and updates garments from
classical Spanish tailoring of the 20’s and 30’s to create his new season. Classics that
travel through time with a personal and refined twist, that includes handmade and
polished finishes.
In the landscape of colors from the 2013 collection vibrate black, white, blue and
touches of spring green. Dot and flower patterns, fitted suites and structured shirts. A
look back to the times when Federico García Lorca, Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dalí,
walked around Madrid, together while they lived at the famous Residencia de
Estudiantes. Inspired by their style, a mixture of English –specially Oxford fabrics and
pure Spanish trends. Surrealistic cinema, poetry, painting and fashion all together, to
dress today´s man.
