Our Story
· E T | A L · tells a story through concepts and designs inspired by the human condition. We focus on creating comfortable and functional clothing that is socially and environmentally conscious.

Our name — derived from the Latin phrase et al., meaning ‘and others’ and commonly used when citing other contributors — is all about empowering human connections. We seek to shorten the metaphorical distances between us through collaboration and inclusivity.

The · E T | A L · logo — our easily identifiable · | · — is a symbol created as a visual representation of the voice of each of our collections, defining the scope in which we explore each topic.

The Line, being the central idea, acts as a connecting counterpoint to the Dots, distinctly different yet harmoniously related concepts. It, on the whole, serves as a symbolic touchpoint, guiding the design elements throughout our company.

Our Vision
Each collection focuses on and explores an aspect of the human condition: characteristics or events essential to the shared human existence.

Despite our many individual differences, we all share similar collective experiences. Our goal is to understand and bring awareness to these — positive and negative — experiences; and, ultimately, to leave this world better than we found it.
