My collection is based on theories about the lost civilizations developed throughout history. From Plato’s Atlantis to late 19th century writers, this theories talk about advanced societies lost in time and memory that were the origin of human cultures.
I imagine my own Atlantis. For design the pieces, I mix different ethnic and historical aesthetic. Hand embroidery with delicate floral motives (hardly inspired in eastern cultures) and reworked in a kind of patchwork creating masks or organic shapes.
