Tangent | A/W 14 is a collage of brief interactions. Geometry where sharp curves and cuts are free to become fluid.There is a play between raw textured surface of wool, handloom silks, and translucency of organza. Shapes are linear, waist is mildly emphasized and length is either cropped or long. Silhouettes are in conversation with each other. Dresses are clued by jackets and jackets are clued by shawls. Embellishments are minimal and graphic. Handcraft is maneuvered precisely in ombre dyeing, appliqué and 3D detailing.
