My Graduate collection from Polimoda represents an idyllic trip back to my Moroccan roots through the memories of my grandmother's life. The Moroccan costumes and typical mosaics, are set against a more traditional Western dress code causing a collision of the two cultures. The classic sartorial fabric "Pied de Poule", is hand-painted, or better, stained in vibrant degradations of color, set against bold and intricate leather mosaic elaborations.
