Inspiration for meshit´s AW 2013/14 collection are the movies of finnish filmmaker Aki Kaurismäki.
His movies take place in the working- class environment, involve everyday life-drama and the commingling of high culture and popular culture.

The laconic, bizarre and minimalistic films concentrate on workers, unemployed people and outsiders- losers of society.

The hint of old classic movies and rock’n’roll inspire the camera works’ aesthetics.
