The concept of my collection is all mainly from where I grew up which is an island namedGuam. Being in Hong Kong has made me really appreciate the many elements of Guam whichI previously took for granted. The ocean is one of the main things that I never fully appreciateduntil now. In this collection, there are different manipulations of fabric to represent the ocean. There are also other suggestions of the ocean refered by objects that are ocean-related such as the fisherman’s net and the starfishes and shells which I collected from Guam.
