The inspiration behind my collection is Freddie Mercury and his love of the Victorian era and regality. When I listen to Queen, I feel confident, rebellious, and bold, and that is what I wanted to express through my collection. I combined two different periods of fashion, Freddie’s decade of the 1980’s and the Victorian Era, to create a collection that plays with color, volume, and print.
