‘Non Conforming’ is inspired by protest movements from the 80's and 90's such as the grunge scene and the queer movement. The collection also look into iconic women from these decades. During these eras, Clubs Kids played with the limit between men and women which became blurred while deconstructing established norms. At the same time Act Up was fighting to make their voices heard.

The shape plays with men and women traditional codes: large shoulders and a fitted waist for example.
