Claudia Gamba is an Italian designer based in London, UK.
In june 2012, she graduated from Istituto Marangoni, where she was selected to show her graduate collection at both London and Paris fashion shows.
Her collection was a clear statement of her personality and vision, which is unique in both integrity and design. Being challenge-oriented by nature, her goal is to create a new concept that will revoluzionaze the whole experience behind designs, creations and customer experience. High-end fabrics, bold and fresh manipulations, constant and meticulous research go hand in hand with her ambition and will to create something new and modern, collaborating with artists outside the fashion world in order to create a revisited “Bauhaus” ideology and experience.

HERITAGE

HERITAGE collection implies the need to cherish and learn from one’s roots while acknowledging one’s current design identity, which is inevitably entwined with one’s own Heritage.

It’s an individual and stylistic journey made tangible by thoughtful fabric choice that is translated into the design’s construction.

Part of the collection is realised in exclusive jacquard fabrics that come from my family’s factory "Gamba 1918", which has specialised in luxury interior design fabric for almost 100 years, hence Heritage.
They are vintage, high-end but discontinued jacquards, making half of the collection a limited edition of high quality structure and textile.

The other half, which will not be discontinued, sees the same silhouettes realised in Italian wool, fabric for which I am known as a designer, a statement of my personal evolution.
