children of promise epitomises simplicity, timelessness, comfort and quality. The label focusses on producing small, limited edition capsules throughout the year, creating clothes of longevity that become wardrobe staples for seasons on end.

Inspired by nature, people, cultures, senses, colour, textures and contemporary photography, COP explores the amalgamation of life and design.

The fabric selection process is a vital part of design. Each fabric is chosen with purity, sustainability and tactility in mind.

We believe in supporting local businesses and building good relationships. We aim to maintain an ethical rapport with all personnel involved.

The label not only celebrates well-made clothing, but also aspires to highlight the impact fashion can have on society – for good. By exploring the creative aspect of fashion with community-minded action, we believe everyone can benefit.

Each piece is an investment into quality, sustainability, local businesses and people – 10% of the profit from every purchase will be gifted to a charity that supports the wellbeing of young people in our community.

Every second or third drop will feature a charity serving struggling youth in our society. The donated portion from each purchase is a little gift of hope to those of the next generation who need it most.

The decision to feature natural fibres was a simple one. children of promise believes the fabric you wear directly against your skin will make contributions to better health. Each chosen fabric has been felt, handled and worn to ensure the garment will drape comfortably on the skin.

The majority of pieces are made from silk. Not only is silk soft to the touch, and luxurious in appearance, but it is a natural fibre that enables your skin to breathe. Keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter, silk’s trans-seasonality perfectly encapsulates COP’s design and sustainability values.
