Graduate from Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton. I have a broad knowledge of textiles and different processes which I can bring into print and experiment with; I am experienced with industrial sewing machines, pattern cutting, and using knit and weave machines. I am familiar with traditional printing skills, such as making a screen, use of a heat press, pattern repeats, devore, flock and foiling, pigments, spandex, dying using procion, reactive, disperse and acid dyes. Throughout the course I have become confident in using Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design, all of which have helped develop my ideas, illustrations and designs. I am very used to working from briefs and developing ideas and work for a specific client and/or theme, and ample experience presenting these ideas and concepts in front of a group.
