Atifa Rasooli

Atifa is a danish designer. She launched her first collection in 2012. Her collection is described as minimalistic, but yet classis with alot of impression. "I love to show a certain mood through my collection without adding alot of details. I love to focus on silhouettes and fabrics to bring out the right feeling of each piece. I would call my collection/style classic and chic goes slightly avant-garde. I am facinated by beautifull photographies and I find some of my inspiration, mood or feeling through images. And I just create the whole collection on the basis of that feeling/mood." I am the messenger of stillness is about bringing back the strength of humble appearance with hidden nobility. A refined nomadic idea balanced with a hint of poetry and class. Silhouettes are slightly folkloric meets Japanese warrior. I have tried to bring a sombre beauty and melancholic impression in the collection with a slightly touch of ornamentation.
