The designer of Alius Artis Nadja Lee originally comes from a small town surrounded by forest and mountains in the very North of Russia. From the very beginning of her interest in jewellery design she wanted to work with a technique where she can show her gratitude to Nature. All pieces she makes are non replicable and made by using an organic ancient casting technique.
The result is 70% work of nature and 30% human. That's the reason why the designer can only remake style, size and of course the materials (she works only with precious metals like silver and gold), but not the details of the piece, details are meant to be created organically by molds during the casting. That is why Nadja Lee says that a human part in this process is just a tool in hands of Nature.
