PUDEL

Pudel was founded by electronic contact between north Sweden and London UK in the autumn of 2004 by David, Sigurd and Lina, all twenty-one year old students. They showed the first collection February 2005 in Copenhagen for buyers and got a lot of positive reactions including showroom in Tokyo and a collaboration with TOPSHOP, London Oxford Circus.

The early success made it possible to later launch in America in 2007 where they got invited to show during Los Angeles Fashion Week and Pudel was sold at stores such as Fred Segal, Opening Ceremony, Oak, and American Rag. Later Pudel expanded into the Japanese market which is the main market of today. In 2008 Pudel launched its online store and in 2009 they did a collaboration with ASOS ‘Hit Project’ and got invited to do a in-store installation at the Midwest store in Tokyo, Japan.

Today Pudel has its design office in London UK with Head Office in Sweden and is designed by its co-founder Lina Österman. Pudel is showing regularly at Stockholm Fashion Week and exhibiting at trade shows in Copenhagen, Paris and New York.
