As a very young girl, Sladjana was creating her own clothes with desire to make something that can not be bought in the stores and that is not mass produced. She was very inspired by handmade details that give personality to every piece of clothes. This came to be a mission of her fashion brand SAROSSOW – to express your own personality and follow your own desires, hopes and dreams.

SAROSSOW is a product of long term experience of its founder in marketing industry, education and fashion. The core values are the following:

– The desire for the beauty and personality of an individual to come forward

Designer's biography: Slađana Starčević, Ph.D. is fashion designer and an Assistant Professor at FEFA in the fields of Economics and Management. She teaches Marketing and Marketing Management. Starčević holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade and Ph.D. degree from the FEFA. She was the recipient of the Scholarship for young talents of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. In addition to economics and marketing, she continued her studies at Istitituto professionale di moda of Padua. She has many years of practical experience in marketing, especially in strategic planning and marketing communications, both within marketing agencies, as well as an independent consultant. The broad spectrum of her clients include, among others, Dunav Insurance, DDOR Novi Sad, NLB Group/Bank, Piraeus Bank, Societe Generale, KBC Bank, ProCredit Bank, Telekom Srbija, Coca-Cola HBC, Apatin Brewery, MB Brewery/Heineken, Frikom, Kondiva, Soko Štark, Droga Kolinska, Knjaz Miloš, Elixir Group, Imlek, Revita, Institute for Textbook Publishing and Teaching Aids, Elektromreža Srbije, UNICEF, and The House of Prince/British American Tobacco. She has also actively participated in organizing educational, promotional and cultural events, as well as management training. As a product of the gained experience, she has created a brand and founded the fashion company SAROSSOW. Slađana Starčević is the author of book and several papers in the field of marketing published in various scientific journals. Particular areas of her interest are branding, marketing communications, consumer behavior and fashion marketing. She is a member of the Serbian Marketing Association
