Iola

My name is Ifeyinwa Ibidola Onyido, a fashion stylist and fashion designer with a degree in BA (Hons) Fashion, Textile and Design Enterprise from the University of Portsmouth, England. Along side my degree I have a broad and credible working experience in fashion design and retail having worked under brands in the UK, Nigeria and South Africa - brands like Marks and Spencer, internships with PPQ London and Burberry; African brands like MAI, Ituen Basi, Ejiro Amos Tafiri, Fashpa.com and Ananse now Kisua in South Africa.
Born and raised in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, to an Igbo father and a Yoruba mother, I was exposed to the diversity of tribes, cultures and art which piqued my creative interest.
My passion for designing and creating beautiful concepts defines my vision of what the iola brand should be – innovative, cutting-edge and reliable.
