Annoukis

Annoukis is a handbag label conceived and designed by Lexane Rousseau. Running parallel to Lexane’s work as an art director, her study of line, detail and structure transforms the common accessory into a sculptural object.

Each bag is carefully hand-crafted in Montreal to ensure their singularity and longevity.

Lexane is the co-founder of the multidisciplinary design studio Fivethousand Fingers (Fivethousandfingers.net), where she works in branding, video, web, print and illustration. She also co-founded the publishing studio Club Press, and can be found collaborating with contemporary choreographers to design impactful costumes. Through these various creative avenues, Lexane explores how problem-solving gives room to new aesthetic pleasures.
