My version is tracing back to traditional part of fashion as well as fashionable part of tradition. This two parts sound like very similar but I think they are quite different. This speculative aim is to no more than the consideration of garment abnormality as the way to represent a new fashion system of ‘new-normal’. I thought this abnormality in garment could be regarded as a part of normality which probably was beyond people’s cognition. That’s why I was trying to go back to the garment-carrier: the ‘host’, the human body in order to redefine the body as a ‘host’ and redesign the garment for its ‘host’. I work on generating recreated, redefined and new bodily-imitated products for fashion products equipped with functional reformulation.
