Walka

WALKA is the most important studio of contemporary jewelry in Chile.
Established in 2004 and keeping at the forefront of Latin American avant-garde.
Artists and designers Claudia Betancourt and Nano Pulgar are the creative minds who run WALKA.
Their pieces have been exhibited in Museums, events and Galleries such as Museum of Arts and Design MAD in New York; Triennial Art Jewelry KORU5 in Finland; Design Biennials in Chile and Spain; SCHMUCK 2013 in Munich Satellite exhibition Cafe Clara, Germany; Triennial Art Jewelry in Beijing, China; Museum of Contemporary Art MAC in Chile and SOFA Chicago, USA. They are represented in New York by the prestigious gallery Charon Kransen Arts; Their work has been largely published.

WALKA has been awarded with 4 Seals of Excellence from UNESCO.
WALKA´s works have a constant presence in major fashion publications such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, among others.
WALKA also runs WE WALKA School of Jewelry, one of the most significant hubs of jewelry studies in Latin America.
