See-Mone means « weathered colour » in Thai.

With her nomadic upbringing between Europe and Asia, Maï Trébuil, grew to nourish a passion for handcrafted treasures and cultural exchanges.

See-Mone uses handwoven Thai silk, mai thong – golden silk, and works with three different weaving groups across Thailand, from the Isarn region to Bangkok. In some villages sericiculture brings a supplementary income to that of rice culture. In others a more intense silk production preserves this precious heritage.

See-Mone was born from a desire to make Thai silk more wearable through simple and multi shaped tailoring. The pieces delicately envelope the body and are to be worn whichever way you like.

The main collection is designed and developed in Paris, then crafted in Thailand from the hand-loomed silk to the small dressmaking atelier in the heart of Bangkok.
