The SS2012 diffusion collection, TIME AFTER TIME looks at the existence and documentation of ‘real’ time as we know it. Real time is defined by ‘movement’, progressing from one moment to the next, and this sportswear directed collection, maintains the tailored accent of the mainline range, whilst incorporating this sense of movement and freedom. The colour palette is taken from the documentation of a sunrise, with the shades of colour gradually building through extreme layering of sheer and translucent fabrics. White is the accent colour throughout as it is the most colourful colour of all, and therefore the ultimate illusion. Sheer fabrics represent the fragility of real time.
