Lola van Praag (1992) is an up-and-coming fashion designer who's work is print-oriented and deals with questions about gender and contradictions such as the traditional versus the modern. She studied fashion design at the Willem de Koning Academie, from which she graduated in 2014. Her graduation collection Floral Lines, which dealt with the influence of globalization on such a traditional Dutch area as the Flower Bulb Region, was nominated for Lichting 2014 at the Amsterdam Fashion Week.

She learnt about her passion for designing prints during her internship at Ilja Visser. Here she helped develop prints which where used in the spring/summer collection for 2013. Currently she is following a internship at David Laport, where she helped on his collaboration with the Dutch National Ballet at Amsterdam Fashion Week 2015 and works as an design assistent on prints, silhouettes and the research for the upcoming two collections.

At the moment she's following a master in Fashion design and textile design at the the Swedish School of Textile in Boras Sweden.
