Kevin Azzopardi is an Australian designer currently based in Oslo. The label is a fashion-based practice and a platform for the exploration and experimentation of fashion as a creative medium. Drawing inspiration from the process of making, Kevin Azzopardi is focused on analyzing conventional methods of construction and finding new ways to assemble garments. The outcomes see the fusion of the structured and the fluid, and represent a modern take on menswear.

And together We Come

‘…And Ttogether We Come’ is the final instalment of a three part series titled ‘We Arrive In Pieces.’ The body of work explores the process of manufacturing and endeavors to re-organise the system by which garments are assembled.

‘…And Together We Come’ is formed from a base of black cloths and is infused with elaborate hand work, moody in-house prints and a complicated system of pleats and stitches. Fall 2012 carries forward the language of drape that Kevin Azzopardi has become well known for and combines it with his own unique sartorial voice.
