Textural expression is conveyed through Joanna Ta's unique and innovative textile fabrications, where she reinforces her distinctive style of ‘refined disorder’ by pushing new fronts in embroidery and embellishment.
Recently graduated from her Honours in Fashion & Textiles Design at the University of Technology Sydney, Joanna Ta possesses a passion for haute couture and bespoke textiles. Having had collaborative experiences with traditional textile artisans during her visits to India, Joanna Ta also endeavours to maintain a sustainable perspective towards her design practice.
