Dadarena

Born in Romania, raised in Germany, studied in Austria - Renate Stoica is working as an illustrator and art director in Vienna. She is recently focussing on textile design and one-of-a-kind clothes in her own screen printing studio on the edge of the city. Her analog screen prints starts with paper-cuts from hand drawn images, afterwards those prints became singular garments. She uses different paper cuts for each and every piece of clothing, beyond that all images on dadarena clothes comes without repetition. That´s why she founded a term for her working method: paint-to-measure.
