Cm Aox

CM AOX is a collaboration between German product designer AOX and Swiss Fashion and Textile Designer Caroline Minar two Central Saint Martins graduates. Coming from two different disciplines the idea for their label was born out of a common interest in functional designs as well as an appreciation of artisanal craftsmanship. They are working with modern laser cutting machinery to apply their patterns on leather.
Their first collection is inspired by the aesthetics of the digital age, media art and the rigid visual language found within the micro-structure of deconstructed computer devices. In combination with the chosen materials, those abstracted patterns change, unveil the contents of their carrier and interact with it.
