Stephanie Yu-Hsuan Chen is a Taiwanese born fashion designer, graduated from Pratt Institute in BFA fashion design program in Brooklyn, New York.
Chen has lived her life in urban societies such as Taipei, Taiwan, as well as traveling a lot to cities around the world such as Tokyo, Paris, Shanghai, and Singapore. When she got to New York to accomplish her bachelor’s degree as well as starting her fashion career, she decided to take the lifestyle of streetwear mix athleisure as an attitude to establish into her sophisticated concept, and later on developed her own label, Y .
