American born Nigerian Engineer and fashion designer has been building his African Inspired luxury street Brand VIZUVLGVDŠ for the past 4 years. The vision behind this brand is to find a balance between his Engineering Background and African Heritage. Its goal is to fill the void in the African and global Street luxury market.

Muktar was recently featured on the NBCBLCK28 2017 list as one of the most innovative young black pioneers in America, as well as recognized on the 2017 Forbes Africa 30 under 30 list. His Spring/Summer 18 Ready to wear collection was also recently showcased at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion week in Johannesburg South Africa.
Muktar is an Engineer by trade and a self-taught fashion creative director and sewer. He obtained his Mechanical Engineering degree From Georgia Institute of Technology. Muktar has worked for fortune 500 companies like General Electric. During his time at GE, he worked as a design engineer for the GEnx jet engine programs. He has also worked for General Motors as a calibration specialist for the past 3 years, where he was successful in testing and validating up to 10 different vehicle platforms including the 2016 Chevy Volt and Cadillac CTS & ATS to name a few.
