Ura (Laura Pérez) was born in Barcelona in 1997. Moved by all kind of arts, she studies music, dance and plastic arts.

In 2016, she enrolls herself at IED Barcelona fashion design degree thanks to a scholarship awarded by the university, where she focuses all her artistic concerns and rebuilds her identity as a designer.

Her work always reflects her concern for current social and environmental problems. Ethics become the main basis for her projects, always maintaining contemporary, poetic and clean aesthetic.

Latest Collection

ATILA

Atila emerges out of the need to search for a self. Unexpected scenes and discoveries that give meaning to this collection as they do to the cycle of human life. A vindication against the standards acquired which define and limit us in equal parts.

Buddhism as a philosophical and aesthetic reference, contrasted with western classical clothing. Spiders and warriors becoming the main visual suPport and reflection of the process of self deconstruction.

The concept of reincarnation takes us to the pillar of this collection becoming a project of sustainable intention. Atila have been created as a 0 waste collection using discarded fabrics from large industries and stocks; creating new fabrics with its remains.

Black brings poetry and depth contrasted with the light and neutrality of white and appearing throughout the collection, a type of red, symbolic in a personal way that represents the will and strength, the revelation.
