Stéphanie Cachard is a Lebanese and a Beirut-based jewelry designer. She grew up in the family owned jewelry atelier, between precious stones and refined metals, where she discovered at a very young age the secrets of jewelry designing and craftsmanship.

Her curiosity for design led her to pursue a master’s degree in art direction. She graduated in 2008 from the Lebanese academy of fine arts (ALBA).

She joined her family’s atelier in 2009, developing her skills in traditional metalsmithing techniques, as well as exploring the infinite possibilities of this art.

In 2010 she earned her diploma in diamond grading from the renowned GIA School in Florence.

Stéphanie Cachard’s influences are strongly based on her oriental origins, and specially on the traditional Arabic calligraphy.

Latest Collection

Little Dots

“Little dots” is inspired by the traditional Arabic calligraphy, by extracting a single and essential element of the Arabic script: the dot.

The Arabic calligraphy uses one, two or three dots to punctuate some of its letters. As a result, it ends up consisting of 28 letters, while using only 17 basic characters for their main shape. Therefore, many letters in the Arabic alphabet have a similar basic shape, but are distinguished from one another by these dots.

The purpose behind this collection is to showcase the economy of design and the subtlety that lies in the drawing of an Arabic letter.

This collection uses both 18K gold, and sterling silver 925 in all pieces.
