I was born in Budapest, Hungary and based my brand, Buddheart also there. I make fashion for independent and happy people who knows what means love in this world. Mainly womenswear. I study Fashion in Vienna, Austria (Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien) and for one year in Budapest, Hungary (MOME) too.
The light is one of the bases of life. The day and night, the sharp contrast of light and darkness, are forming a contrast-pair, this is characterized by colours. The darkness/ night are blue, dark blue, black and silver, and the light/ daylight is white, yellow and gold. The darkness is attaching a kind of mystical thing. Creating a new world in our imaginations in the night when everything is dark around us, and when the sunrise comes, it disappears. This mystical thing is also means a blur and intimation, where the lines seem to be not there were seen in luminousness. It is the same blur when you look at yourself in a mirror for about five minutes. You have time to see details. With only a few seconds glimpse in the mirror, we see ourselves suddenly and we don’t realize the truth, only a general view of our face, what if we would draw, it’s not sure that would be the same as the reality. This case is included in the fact that we see ourselves different than others see us. There is an imaginary picture in our head based on what we see, but if you could watch other people's minds, we would see a different picture of ourselves there. In a broken mirror we can see an interesting picture of ourselves too. Seeing ourselves there we find us faced with a 'collapsed' picture. On the other hand, I find these incidentally broken pieces very beautiful together; they are forming an art work which is not pre-designed. This inspired also the prints on the fabrics. These concepts, experiences gave the inspiration for the collection. The title meromorphosis means a partly development. A change, becoming something new, but somehow remaining the same. Seeing something what changes you, changing your view and your life but also remaining parts from the ’old-of-you’ in yourself. Developing. Life is all about it.
