Rasa Vilcinskaite is a visual artist based in Lithuania. Her primary focus is currently beadwork jewelry, accessories and wearable art. She graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts (Kaunas, Lithuania), with a background in painting. After 3 years of honing her skills with new bead embroidery techniques and materials, she has developed body jewelry and masks, as forms of wearable art. Her beadwork is inspired by oil painting, minimalism and seeking the perfection of color. All her works flow in a very natural and creativity way and are a reflection of her inner world and self. She uses her work as a visual language to communicate with the outside world. Rasa’s work is a reflection of her feelings as a stranger in humanity. She is trying to be noticed in society by concealing or masking her self-imperfections under the ‘perfection’ of details in her beadwork, all of which is time-consuming, intricate and meticulous. She seeks to know this world through the polarity and opposites profile picture

She seeks to know this world through the polarity and opposites between herself and her work. The duality between herself and the world continues to show it best, based on how negative energy can create positive art. Rasa has presented her work in Milan, New York, London, Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, Switzerland and Denmark.
