Originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne, I have recently graduated with a First Class Honours in Fashion Design and Business Studies from the University of Brighton.

I adopt a restrained and clean approach to design with the emphasis placed on the smaller, more complex details to create garments that are functional in a simple and understated way.

My inspiration often stems from workwear, scandinavian furniture, and paper-art.
Past work placements include Margaret Howell and Jonathan Saunders

Fundamentally...... I just think clothes should be wearable and effortless.

Latest Collection

"Self Assemble"

Stripping away the unnecessary excess within clothing and maintaining an element of simplicity, 'Self-Assemble' aims to have a purpose or function beyond purely aesthetics, without compromising on appearance.

Using the concept of ‘flat pack’ furniture and 1970's Scandinavian furniture as starting references, the collection incorporates details and layered garments that can be joined together using very minimal and lo-fi fastenings and connections. Without the use of zips or buttons, magnets, block toggles and tabs were used to link features and garments together. Some pockets of undergarments can even slot through outer-garments so they can work in unison as well as apart to create a new modular way of dressing.

Laser cut leather, textured woven jerseys, gradient dyed linens and layers of block colours and shades break up the boxy and clean silhouette.
