PALA

I am a self-taught jewellery designer based in Tokyo, Japan. I launched my brand, PALA, in 2012 whilst living in New York City. I base my rings on the aesthetics of the square. I work intuitively – each piece is inspired by the stone’s unique, natural beauty, and all are one-of-a-kind. I draw inspiration from diverse sources – from geological structures to Abstract Expressionism.

I now live between Tokyo and Sydney, developing and exhibiting my jewelry.

In 2014, I was involved in several exhibitions: "rooms28exhibition" in Tokyo, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia "Solewrap Australia Designer Showroom" in Sydney, and "THE INTERSECT" Babylon showroom, in Tokyo during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tokyo.
