Marikavera

Marika Vera discovered fashion in a summer course at Swimburne University in Melbourne Australia. After finishing a Management Degree she moved to London to pursue a design degree at Istituto Marangoni. During her Studies she worked for handbag and accesories designer Pauric Sweeney, womenswear designer Giles Deacon and swimwear brand Bijoux Beach. In 2008 her lingerie graduation Collection got her a design contract for French fashion house Vanessa Bruno in Paris. In 2009 her swimwear Collection was showcased in Cannes as one of the finalists for the Mare di Moda THE LINK Awards. The same year she worked for the brand Yes Master Lingerie in London. In 2010 she designed a swimwear collection for the brand BAROCCO JADE that is currently selling in Mexico at the exclusive department shop El Palacio de Hierro. In 2011 she is lauching the brand marika vera for sales for the first time with an exquisite lingerie line and her third collection.
