The story of BORCHER

BORCHER was established in 2008 and is a fashion label that explores the very finest of fabrics.
We decided to go Vegan in 2014 as we believe that no animals has to surfer just so we can look good.
This is for sure, by choosing Borcher, you will look & feel damn fine!!!

The design is inspired of the fairytales Lady Borcher makes up in her own mind.
It is often a very dark, dramatic, passionate and surreal universe.
All creations are tailor made in Denmark and can be ordered through our "made 2 measure" concept.

Borcher is a fairytale, where every detail is sensually done and Lady Borcher hopes that the ones wearing the creations, can feel it.
The passion with Borcher is to wrap you up in fairytales!

The story of Lady Borcher

Lady Borcher is a creative mind who will wrap you up in dark dreamy fairy tales.

She graduated as a designer in the summer of 2006 and afterwards worked as freelance in the theatre world and under her own name for private customers.
She started the avantgarde brand “BORCHER” in a magical forest of dreams.
And her passion for design has now grown into a well known exclusive and dramatic fairytale.

Apart from running her little avantgarde brand, her passion is also to create an entrance to the exciting connection between culture, fashion and art.
Besides working for several organisations with design for both fashion, set design and story telling.
She focuses on different art-photoprojects and story telling where Lady Borcher creates fairytales in her mind, which then are written by her husband.
Fairytales that afterwards are illustrated through art-photos, films and of course hand made creations.
Lady Borcher works closely with the very talented photo-wizard Maria Lomholdt, who interprets the fairytales into to photographic masterpieces.

Lady Borchers love and passion lies with the creation of unique story-telling through
handmade couture pieces, rooms and universes.
