Gal Sadirova is a Czech fashion designer with Ukrainian roots, based in Italy.
She graduated from POLIMODA Fashion Institute with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design. Her collection 'TAWA' was selected one of the "BEST OF FASHION DESIGN" and presented at the Polimoda Fashion Show during Pitti Uomo 2016. Gal has also participated in several projects including for Falco Pellami SPA, Interior Design for RIVA Yachts with Pulina DNA, I-SKOOL Denim Project and Footwear Collection for H&M.

Furthermore, her designs have aroused the interest of well known artists such as Sandra Amador / Brandon Maxwell (New York) for Lady Gaga and Hollywood stylist Van Van Alonso (Los Angeles) for rapper Big Sean and Miguel.

A large part of Gal's life has also been involved in dance, expressing modern art though dance productions and being part of major projects around the world including a collaboration with Kanye West and other notable people. This gave her inspiration, perspective and practice in the creative world.

LIKE A BLIND TO A VIOLIN

“Insight - sight - outsight”
idea of empathy and exploring the new world that has it’s own uniqueness and shades.
Blindness, as a research subject of human senses, pointing to the real and lively perception.
An integral part of the collection renders various elements in a non-classical way. A 3D collar, Braille letters embossed on leather and belts allow to feel and to control the garment every time in every movement - causing the awareness of what one is dressed in.
The whole idea is shown through the “eyes” of a person who perceives the garment in a completely different way than the others. This point of view, enriching and full-fledged, reminds us not to be blind. Especially when we can see.
