It is extremely important to be able to control and oversee the development and construction of the garments in person from start to finish. Producing locally allows us to create better products and build long-lasting relationships.
We produce our collections in New York City's Garment District, contributing financial resources into the heart of America's fashion industry. A district which gave birth to the most iconic American brands.

Our team collaborates with experienced pattern makers and sewers that help us bring our concepts to life. Crafting high-quality materials into garments that look beautiful and fit to perfection.

OUR MISSION
Marte's mission is to integrate indigenous communities into the fashion economic system. The first community we are working with is the Mayan Tzutujil people in Panajachel, Guatemala.
We are currently working with the NGO Mayan Families and the female weavers they support to develop and produce textiles for our AW 18/19 collection.
